Being Lawyers are collaborating with the Wisdom and Wellbeing Consultancy to offer an education designed to give people a strong foundation of wellbeing.
Over a period of six months, we will deliver interactive talks, educate and share personal stories on a range of topics relating to how wellbeing works, including; stress, resilience, work-life balance, handling 'difficult' colleagues and a fresh look at depression and anxiety.
We will kick off during Mental Health Awareness Week to explore “There is only one mental illness: chronic mental stress”. Our launch is kindly being sponsored by Chambers and Partners.
Our events will run on the first Thursday of each month from 6pm to 8pm in Central London, save for our launch on 16th May and our wrap up session on 10th October, which will coincide with World Mental Health Day.
