A self-described perfectionist, Chetna worried habitually, and rarely said “no” to an ever-increasing workload. Living in a state of high-pressure and stress had been her sole reality until things took a turn, and she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Desperate to get better, Chetna tried everything from daily meditation and yoga, to EFT and affirmations, but her health was still lacking. Ultimately, it was a journey of self-learning and an understanding of the mind that led her down the road to true recovery.
