Uncovering Our Mental Health During Lockdown Webinar for Mental Health Awareness Week

We know that every single person has innate mental health and wellbeing available to them at all times on the inside. While their experience of wellbeing may vary, wellbeing itself is a constant that can never be lost.

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, this webinar will take the format of a “fireside chat” for you to speak with Chetna about any challenges you may be experiencing in connection with your mental health, lockdown or anything else. Chetna will dive deeper into the topic of how we can access our innate mental health at this time and show kindness to ourselves and each other and there will be a space for reflections and sharing.
